Jim Storin posted in Unionized Security officers Jim Storin 28 December 09:05 I have spoken with the CLC this morning. What I have been advised was their offices are closed until Tuesday. On Tuesday they will be sending out a letter to ALL affiliate Union's advising that we are free from NUPGE and are available. After all interested Unions submit, they will all be given an oppotunity to do a presentation for us and then we will vote. The CLC will be working with us and walking us through this time and have assured me that they will have this completed as quickly as possible.I have also advised them of our concern with the employer sticking their nose in, he further assured me they have NO say in this process.
